build up your resume with relevant, on-campus work experience
open to all majors, especially those who want to pivot into creative roles
very flexible and can work with your busy schedule
great way to get professional opportunities, mentorship, and professional development for your favorite brands
My roles as a campus ambassador helped me land internships with Ulta Beauty and Penguin Random House and provided creative outlets (graphic design, event hosting, experiential marketing) I needed as I transitioned from STEM to a career in Marketing.

05. Microsoft — Copilot Ambassador

💰 Up to $1,500 · 8-week Fall 2026 program

The opportunity:
Help students discover Microsoft Copilot through campus events and social content. Choose between a Social + Events track or Events Only track, with the opportunity to share feedback directly with the Copilot team.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
One thing I want you to know:
Take your time curating a detailed application! If you’ve done campus ambassador work before, highlight some of your top wins. If it’s your first role but you’re really involved on campus and/or have a strong social media presence, showcase that.
3 key things for a strong application
Highlight your 2-3 best marketing examples (campus org work, events hosted, top social media posts)
A portfolio of your work so brands can see what you’re capable
Have a strong “why” when asked why you want to work with this brand
Applying for campus ambassador programs are not as rigorous as other early career opportunities, but the application should be treated with the same level of care as an internship application.
